Dawn is Mine launches

A couple of months ago now I had the pleasure of previewing the debut collection of Molten Store‘s in-house label Dawn is Mine. Entitled ‘The Time Element,’ the incredible collection is the creation of Brisbane’s best wunderkind Jessie Cameron and perfectly encapsulates her unadulterated love for object trouves.

With a shared love for all things brass and beautiful, I was incredibly lucky to work with Jessie as the collection’s designated copywriter.  Fawning over each piece’s unique and delicate details and then translating them into words was a dream project to say the least. And that was even before I saw the wonderfully smouldering yet stark editorial shots, styled by the incredibly talented Sarah Birchley and photographed by Libby Willis. A dream team I’m stoked to be apart of.

Now that the collection and it’s incredible imagery are live, the result is such an exciting addition to the Molten Store stable of brands, filling the gap for accessible luxury jewellery that transcends trends with its relic sensibilities. Having studied the whimsical details and sci-fi concepts behinds each piece I could seriously keep writing about it. But maybe it’s best I stop tapping and just let you gaze (and purchase) upon them for yourselves. Not so subtle hint : Christmas is coming.
